WHAT ARE SPECIAL NEEDS?
A child with special needs is one who is unable to cope with the regular school curriculum, and has delayed developmental milestones thus requiring a specialized educational programme.

WHAT AGE?
At Acorn we believe that the earlier you intervene the better for the child, and it is never too late to learn and acquire independent life skills. We have a home based Early Intervention Programme where infants with special needs are put on a therapy, cognitive and language stimulation programme.
Acorn Special Tutorials caters for children from infancy to adulthood.
We have a vocational programme that caters for the adults and next year will employ the adults in the Sheltered Workshop
